Booking Deposit Disclaimer for Notary Services

Please read the following disclaimer regarding booking deposits:

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment with our notary services. The booking deposit will be applied towards the total bill for the notary services rendered if the appointment proceeds as scheduled. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we will gladly accommodate your request, subject to availability, and the booking deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. In rare circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Monique's Notary Flow. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly to discuss any extenuating circumstances. I am happy to work with you. 

By proceeding with the booking and submitting the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this disclaimer regarding the non-refundable booking deposit.
